The Yankees will open the spring training at GMS Field on 25 February against Toronto Blue Jays. Likewise, the Yankees will split its team on February 25 to play against the Phillies and Blue Jays, on March 11 to play against the Orioles and Phillies, and on March 23 to play against the Phillies and Tigers. The schedule has 5 games each against Detriot Tigers and Toronto Blue Jays which is the most games against any team by the Yankees in the upcoming spring training season 2024.

Yankees spring training stadium is George M. Steinbrenner Field which is located in Tampa, Florida. It was previously known as Legends Field.

The largest spring ballpark in Florida, GMS Field was built in 1996. The Capacity of the GMS Field is 11,026 since 2007. The New York Yankees' spring training home is George M. Steinbrenner Field, which also hosts the Tampa Tarpons, the Yankees' Florida State League club.

The stadium was opened on March 1, 1996, and renovated in 2016-2017. The total construction cost of Yankees spring training location is $56 million. New York Yankees have been using this location as their spring training ground since the year 1996.
