September monthly awards MLB The Show 23 were released on October 6. These awards include some of the best cards in the video game.

The program is released monthly and consists of some of the most looked-after cards in the Diamond Dynasty mode of the video game. Multiple diamond-tier cards of players who had the best performance during the previous month in MLB are available in the awards.

Fans must complete missions, events, and tasks to progress in the program and earn these awards. The final reward on the program's reward path is the card of a lightning player with a 99 OVR.

Plenty of other prizes, such as Choice Pack cards for athletes with OVR 95, 96, 97, and 98, are also available in the program. Additionally, two Captain Series cards are also included in the program.

Juan Soto of the San Diego Padres was selected as the Lightning Player for the month of September.

September Monthly Awards

MLB The Show 23 September monthly rewards honors the best players in the previous month in MLB. The awards provide fans with diamond-tier cards.

Fans can use these cards to update and improve their Diamond Dynasty squad, helping them to win games using quality players. The program also features multiple 95, 96, 97, and 98 OVR cards of athletes.

The September monthly awards are the last for the 2023 regular season, and twenty-two cards with 95 OVR or more, including two 97 OVR Captain Series cards. Additionally, the program features four 99 OVR cards.

MLB Player Of The Month September 2023

MLB The Show 23 September Player of the Month is Juan Soto. The Padres outfielder earned the Lightning Player of the Month card in the game.

Juan is a professional baseball outfielder for the San Diego Padres of Major League Baseball. He joined the Padres via trade from the Washington Nationals on August 2, 2022.

Ever since joining the Nationals in 2015 as an international free agent and making his MLB debut in 2018, he has been one of the best hitters in the league. He was a major part of the Nationals team that won their first-ever World Series championship in 2019.

He has won the 2019 Babe Ruth award, the 2020 NL batting title, three Silver Slugger awards, and three All-Star selections. Juan is one of the best outfielders in the major league.

He is known for his excellent plate discipline and is ranked fifth all-time in walk rate and tenth all-time in career on-base percentage among players with at least 2,000 plate appearances.

The outfielder started the month of September by smashing a home run against the Giants at Petco Park. He continued his form throughout the three-match series, scoring a dinger in each of them.

Further, he had two multi-homer games in the month. The first one came on September 17 in an away game against the Oakland Athletics, where he recorded six RBIs.

His other multi-homer game came against the San Francisco Giants at Oracle Park on September 26. The outfielder had one of his best months in the major league during the last month.

September player MLB The Show 23, Soto, played twenty-six games in the month for San Diego, managing 33 hits at 97 at-bats, averaging .340. He scored 26 runs, six doubles, 29 RBIs, and 10 home runs while slugging at .711.

He was struck out only fifteen times in the entire month and stole six bases as well. Juan was one of the best performers in the major league during the last month; hence, he was selected for the Lightning Player of the Month in the video game MLB The Show.

September Topps Now MLB The Show 23

September Topps Now program was released on September 15 in MLB The Show. The 99 OVR Topps Now Adam Wainwright is the main reward in the program.

Just like the monthly programs of the previous months, fans must complete missions and moments to earn points and advance in the reward path. Fans must earn 48 points to earn the 99-OVR card of Wainwright.

In addition, PXP missions are also available that feature athletes from the Stat and Program-based missions involving flashbacks. For example, completing six Topps Now Week 1 moments will result in 12 points, 2 for each moment.

Similarly, six moments are available for the second week, five for the third, and one for the fourth. Tallying 1,000 PXP with Flashback and Topps Now (Week 1 and 2) cards of September will result in six points each.

Hoby Milner, Andy Ibanez, and Willi Castro are among some other cards available in the Topps Now program for September. Milner has a 95-OVR card, whereas Ibanez and Castro have a card with an overall rating of 96.
