1. No. 2 Florida State
Florida surpassed round 1 by defeating Oral Roberts 5-4.
Florida advances by climbing up from the elimination to make it to the Super Regionals. Florida won their game against Florida A&M by 3-0 but later fells short against Texas Tech by 5-4.
To advance to the next round they defeated Connecticut by 8-2, followed by a much-needed win over Texas Tech by 7-1 and 6-0 to avoid elimination.
Florida will face South Carolina at Gainesville at the Super Regionals from June 9.
2. Tennessee Volunteers Baseball (Vols)
Tennessee played against the Southern Mississippi side in the Super Regionals. They defeated them by 3-0 in the best of three.
Tennessee advances to the next round before World Series by opening up their win against Charlotte 8-1, Clemson 6-5, and Charlotte again by 9-2 in the regionals.
They lost their first world series game against the LSU tigers by 6-3 score. They managed to win their eliminator game against Stanford by 6-4.
3. No. 5 LSU Tigers
LSU joined other five SEC teams in the Super Regionals following a win against Cindrella team Tulane by 7-2, Oregon State 6-5, and the Beavers 13-7 in their last game on Monday.
LSU played in the Super Regionals against the fellow Kentucky Side, who were advanced for the second time in the team's history.
LSU defeated Kentucky to make birth into the World Series bracket. In their first game against the Tennesse side, they clinched the victory by a 6-3 score.
Brayden Jobert went 3-for-4 with a double, triple, home run, and two RBI to help secure the win for the Tigers.
