What Free Agent Pitchers Are Still Available?
Free agent pitchers available 2023 are Mike Minor, Chris Archer, and Anibal Sanchez.
Players like Evan Longoria, Aaron Judge, and Zach Davies, either signed an extension with their existing clubs or joined the new MLB teams. As the MLB draft is being accomplished, as per the Sportrac report, Players from different teams can't find their destined club and is a free agents.
Analyzing all the pitcher's data, about 70 players in the free agent list are yet to find their destined clubs as of 2023.

1. David Price, LAD
David Price has been with the Dodgers for the three MLB seasons with 14 in the MLB.
After suffering left wrist inflammation, he missed three weeks of play. After battling several injuries before returning to the pitch, Price's agent stated that he won't pitch during the 2023 season and hadn't pitched as stated.
There might be a possibility that he will retire though the player and his agent haven't made the official decision. Now, he can join any club after being a free agent.
2. Garett Richard, TEX
Garett Richard had played formerly for Texas Rangers before being a free agent before the 2023 season.
He previously had played for MLB clubs, Los Angeles Angels, San Diego Padres, Boston Red Sox, and Texas Rangers.
As for the 2023 season, Garett is yet to pitch in the Major League games and is still available as a free agent.
3. Mike Minor - Cincinnati Reds
Mike Minor became a free agent on November 8, 2022, coming towards the 2023 season after the Reds declined his mutual option offer for the 2023 season.
His offer of a $12 million mutual option for 2023 was declined to make the left-handed pitcher a free agent. As of 2023, he has not been in the starting pitching yet and is still available as a free agent.
4. Chris Archer - Minnesota Twins
Chris Archer has been a free agent since his one-year contract was completed on March 2023 and started on March 2022.
In November 2022, the Twins declined the option for his 2023 season, which made him a free agent coming to the 2023 season.
He is still a free agent and is available to join any MLB franchise.
