Camden Yards Bag Policy 2023 And Other Rules

Oriole Park bag policy allows fans to take only one bag per person inside the stadium. The bag must not exceed 12" X 12" X 6" in size.

Before the pandemic, Camden Yards also allowed fans to bring backpacks. The policy changed for the 2021 and 2022 seasons as a precaution against the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Orioles stadium bag policy was changed at the start of the 2023 season. The policy has not returned to the pre-pandemic phase but allows fans to bring in clear bags that don't exceed the defined size of 12-by-6-by-12 inches.

All the bags will be subject to search during the entry. Fans must go through a metal detector while entering the ballpark, and the officials will search bags separately.

The bag is checked thoroughly, and every item inside it is looked at to see if they are permitted inside the ballpark. If the bag or any items inside it do not meet the given standards, the bag or that item cannot enter the stadium. Fans must either return the item to their vehicle or throw it away. There is also an option to store them in the lockers for some rent.

Like Phillies Stadium, the Orioles also provide lockers for fans to rent. However, they use a keyless locking system app provided by their partner Binbox Lockers. The lockers are outside Gate A and C and at the north end of the Warehouse by Gate H near the Main Box Office.

Camden Yards Purse Policy

Camden Yards purse policy is similar to the bag policy. The ballpark does not allow fans to carry purses that exceed 5" x 7".

However, fans can carry small clutch purses that do not exceed the given size. The ground officials will check the purse thoroughly at the time of entry.

If deemed not meeting the standards, you will be asked to return the purse to your vehicle or give it away. Just like with the bags, you can use a locker to keep your purse while you're at the ballpark for some money.

Camden Yards food policy allows fans to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages to the ballpark. However, they must meet the guidelines of the ballpark.

Camden Yards rules and regulations mentioned here are primarily for baseball games only and are not held in case of other events like tours and concerts. Any food item not meeting the standards will not be allowed inside the stadium.

In addition, plenty of concessions inside the ballpark provide a variety of foods and drinks, including alcoholic beverages. Alcohol stands are closed at the end of the eighth inning or after three and a half hours of the scheduled first pitch.

Fans must show a valid ID while purchasing alcoholic beverages, and a person can buy only two beverages per transaction.

Camden Yards Water Bottle Policy

Orioles stadium water bottle policy permits fans can bring a clear factory-sealed water bottle. The water bottle must not exceed 20 ounces.

Further, frozen bottles are not allowed entry inside the ballpark for safety reasons. Food, soft drinks, bottled water, and alcoholic beverages are available inside the stadium.

The ballpark strongly encourages visitors to use the concessions for food and beverages. There are plenty of restaurants available inside the ballpark that serve different types of dishes.

However, fans must show a valid ID to purchase alcoholic beverages. Visitors can only buy one alcoholic drink per person per transaction, and it can’t be taken outside the stadium.

Camden Yards best food includes Yarn Dog, Pit Beef, and Pork Sandwiches. Many new concession has been added for the 2023 season that provides a variety of food.

The ballpark has also introduced a new 410 All-Star menu in cooperation with Brick and Whistle.

Situated on Eutaw Street, Boog's BBQ is famous for smoked meats. Pork sandwiches and pit beef are some of the fan-favorite items at the concession.

Pit beef is low-roasted beef rubbed with the restaurant's famous spice blend, smoked to a perfect medium rare, and served with a corn-dusted Kaiser roll. The barbeque joint features a 1950 Chevy truck along with an outdoor smoker.

2. Harris Creek Oyster and Lobster Hut

Harris is famous for its local favorite crab cake, the city's signature dish. The concession also serves oyster po'boys and fried Cajun catfish sandwiches.

3. Bleacher Grill

Yard Dog is the most famous food option at the concession. It is a footlong bun filled with three juicy hot dogs, topped with Old Bay-seasoned potato sticks and creamy crab dip.

4. O's Pretzel

O's Pretzel is well known for providing soft pretzels shaped like a cursive O, representing the Baltimore Orioles. The classic soft pretzel in a new look is famous among the Orioles fans.

Another dish famous at the O's is crab boule. The dish combines crab meat with garlic butter and cheddar jack cheese and is served with an Old Bay dipping sauce.

5. Jimmy's Famous Seafood

Jimmy's is the place for some traditional seafood with some twists. As the name suggests, the concession is famous for its seafood dishes.
